I designed and rendered this hypothetical home for a middle-aged couple in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
I modeled all of the assets for this project except for the foliage and human mannequins.
Since the making of this video, I have made progress on the master bedroom and master closet. Once I am finished, I will be making another commentary video explaining the design.

House is being flipped for profit on a tight budget. The owner wanted an extension to increase the size of the master bedroom and add a master bathroom. In addition, the owner wanted to remodel their kitchen and laundry room.
All of the furniture, plumbing fixtures, and decorations I modeled can be purchased at local or online stores.
