This is a renovation project in Lithia Springs, ATL Georgia. The owners wants to flip their home for a profit on a tight budget.

The owner wants to add an extension to increase the size of the master bedroom, master bedroom, kitchen, and laundry room. The goal of this renovation was to achieve maximum amount of usable space with the smallest amount of structural changes.

I helped the owners plan and visualize their renovation project using 3d software. I modeled all of the furniture and plumbing fixtures based on items that can be purchased in local and online stores. I created a narriated, walk-through  video of the renovation expectations to show to potential contractors bidding for the project.
